Today, the topic “RIP” Jackie Chan has been a hot topic on Twitter as well as google searches. There was also a rumor that Jaden Smith died. These are both rumors, and are not true.
Regardless of what happened, this managed to become a top topic on the web. This brings up the thought of guerrilla marketing being used. It isn’t rare for things like these to happen (arrest, naked pictures, rants, rumors) before a upcoming release of a movie/song/product/etc. Jackie just happens to be filming a new film. Charlie Sheen? Just a thought.
