On March 11, 2011, Japan was struck by a major earthquake and tsunami – a catastrophic event that cought attention around the globe. Over a month later, there is still incredible new footage developing with intese first hand accounts of the disaster. The video below is said to have been captured near a school in South Sanriku City. The videographer was hesitant to post the footage.
