
Reports are surfacing that automotive company Audi is in talks to purchase Italian motorcycle maker Ducati. Ducati, which is currently owned by Investindustrial, has been valued at 860 million euros ($1.1 Billion).
While the deal is not yet final, sources are reporting that Audi was given an exclusive first chance to buy Ducati. Volkswagen’s supervisory board is set to approve the deal on Wednesday, while current negotiations have been kept private.
