WhosHere adds video chat to existing voice and text functionality.
WhosHere is an app that allows users to interact with other people based on their geographical location. Recently the app has added video functionality, which allows you to video chat with anyone you connect with. Essentially, WhosHere is a combonation of a dating website and anonymous video chat like Chatroulette.
While WhosHere is known to be a dating platform, the developers feel it’s a multi-purpose tool useful to make connections for any reason.
